When you attend the workshop session you will:
Identify the values that currently drive your life and re-adjust to ensure these are keeping you on a fulfilling and meaningful life track.
You will develop a simple strategy to manage the range of emotions that come with living a meaningful and fulfilled life, so you don't get stuck in a downward negative cycle.
Identify 'towards and away' moves, and recognise why some important 'towards moves' are more challenging and energy-draining for you than others. You will unhook yourself from the unhelpful 'away' moves and motivate yourself to actively choose the 'towards moves'.
